PRODUCT REPAIR RECALL
On a very small amount of T500 condensors there is potential for alcohol leaking out of the side of the column between the outlet block and the column.
With the unit that has the chrome plated brass block and the plastic washer, it is not possible for the users to rectify this fault if it occurs as the fitting has been fixed in place with locktite. If the user attempts to tighten or remove this fitting the inside coil will be damaged.
If you have one of these units, please return it to the store where you purchased it so we can arrange repair.
The serial numbers of the units range from 10592 through 10991. Not all of these have the plastic washer and we are only recalling chrome plated brass fittings with plastic washers.
