Yeast Gin

An active dried yeast specially selected for gin, this strain allows for the perfect canvas to showcase your botanical profile. The crisp, clean finish provided with this yeast give the characteristics of a top shelf gin.

Sufficient for up to 25 L (6.6 US Gal) fermentation.

• Alcohol tolerance: 18% ABV
• Attenuation: 70-100% (low-high)
• Flocculation: low

1 x 20 g (0.7 oz) Distiller's Yeast Gin

Add directly to the fermentation vessel and leave to ferment at 12-32°C (54-90°F) ambient air temperature for optimum performance and quality.
