Blackberry Bourbon Spirit Flavouring

A mellow bourbon style flavour with subtle oak and vanilla, harmonised with lush, dark blackberry notes.  Combine this with sugar and neutral spirit or vodka for a taste experience inspired by a top shelf spirit.

Available now in NZ, AU, UK & EU.

Each bottle contains 50 ml (1.7 US fl oz). Packed in New Zealand from local and imported ingredients.

Shake well and add contents to 270 g (9.52 oz) of sugar and top up to 2.25 L (76 US fl oz) with 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka. Stir to dissolve. Makes three 750 ml (25 US fl oz) bottles. Vary sugar to taste.

Water, flavourings (barley, milk), natural flavourings, humectant (E422). colour (caramel (E150a)).
