VORTEX Complete Air Cooled Alembic Distilling System

The CREATE+ Alembic Copper Dome, VORTEX Alembic Equipment Kit, and Boiler 25 L bundle are the ultimate alembic distilling set up, designed to produce high quality distilled water, hydrosols, and flavoursome spirits such as whiskey, rum, bourbon, and gin.

The Alembic Copper Condenser features a 2" tri-clamp connection, and the dome comes with a 2" tri-clamp to DN40 Threaded Adapter for easy connection to 2" tri-clamp accessories, providing the ability to trial different distilling configurations.

The VORTEX Alembic Equipment Kit allows you to run a fully air-cooled alembic distilling setup without the need for any cooling water.  This kit is also compatible with the Grainfather Alembic Condenser Attachment Kit and Distilling Lid, it can convert a G40 or G70 into a Pot Still, making it suitable for distilling larger batches of all-grain spirits.

NOTE: The CREATE+ Boiler 25 L, Alembic Copper Dome, and VORTEX Alembic Equipment Kit are sold separately.

Boiler:
• Dual element control switches provide more control during distillation - when both switches are in the ON position, the element will be supplied full power of 2200W (1600 if using a US/CA unit). When one switch is in the OFF position, it will only consume 1100W (or 1100W/500W if using a US/CA unit) of power.
